This villa is located on the outskirts of the village of Pêra, on a small development with views across open farmland to the sea. Due to its elevated position the outside area is very secluded with a mature garden surrounding the property.

There is a choice of external dining areas, one of which is built-in, together with sunbathing terrace, pool and a delightful bamboo covered barbecue area that is engulfed with bougainvillea for much of the summer.

Beaches are less than ten minutes drive away and there are many restaurants and a golf course within a similar distance. Attractions including Zoomarine and Aqualand waterslide park are nearby, or you can visit the busy resorts of Albufeira and Armãçao de Pêra that are also ten-minute journeys by car.
